The fifth conference on consumer rights

An appreciation ceremony for consumer rights advocates of Tehran province was held on March 14, 2016 at Spinas Palace Hotel in Tehran with the presence of national and provincial officials in order to recognize and introduce the best consumer rights advocates.

The Executive Secretary of the 5th National Consumer Rights Protection Day Conference, pointing out that 70% customer satisfaction was the main criteria for choosing the best economic units and enterprises, said: Selected enterprises should have an independent logo and their production should be national.

It is worth mentioning that the 5th National Consumer Rights Protection Day Conference is held every year with the focus on protecting consumers and producers. A total of 132 companies were selected from among the eligible economic enterprises this year, 52 of which were in the field of metal and mineral products. There are 17 non-metallic goods companies, 22 service companies, 12 agricultural and food products companies, 12 health, pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies and 17 distribution and economic network companies.
