Green tea cupcakes
ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- White flour 2 and 4/3 cups
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup oil or butter
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Baking powder 2 and 1/2 teaspoons
- 3 tablespoons of ground green tea (you can also use green tea bags)
How to prepare:

1- Mix the butter or oil together with the vanilla and sugar on high speed until fluffy. Add the eggs one by one and mix well

2- Sift the flour, baking powder and green tea powder, then add them to the butter mixture in 3 steps and stir with a spoon. Finally, add the milk and stir slowly

3- Pour the ingredients into the mold, heat the oven and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes until cooked
